The room was comfortable and had a king-size bed and balcony. The hotel's location is great and peaceful, very close to ADO bus station, a mall, convenience stores, restaurants/bars. It is easy to get to Tulum Avenue from the hotel.

The staff at the hotel was exceptionally nice. The room was reasonably large and had a microwave. The shower was gigantic and lovely. The hotel features a colonial decoration. Ironing was provided free of charge.

I had a very good stay at Adhara Hacienda Cancun. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and the location was magnificent in a residential area of Cancun. The room was reasonably large and updated, with a balcony. They provided a wake-up service when I asked. The breakfast offered plenty of excellent meals. Everything here was nice, I would stay here again.
